Within the very first hair lesson we learnt how to do plaits , fishtail braids and buns.

Fishtail - These are a few images of my fishtail braid i did. overall i am very happy with the way my fishtail has came out as it is neat and tight.



French Braid -

This is the french braid i did. I find this is an easy way to add a little more exiting to a simple bun.

Last of all was the bun.
Overall i am very pleased with the way this has turned out. It was a new experience to experiment with back brushing to create the shape instead of using a sock bun maker,


To incorporate these hair styling techniques with the Elizabethan theme i would use a variety of colored ribbon. Another accessory you could use which many Elizabethans used in their hair are pearls.
